EIM™ Hybrid Training: Terms & Conditions
1. The Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Because this training includes immediate access to our Online Foundation Course, our policy is designed to protect your learning while being fair to our operational costs.
- The 14-Day "Change of Mind" Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a 100% full refund, provided you have not accessed the online materials.
- If you HAVE NOT logged in: You receive a 100% refund of your total tuition.
- If you HAVE logged in: By accessing the Online Foundation Course, you have received the digital portion of the bundle. If you cancel within these 14 days, we retain the £395 digital value and refund the remainder of your live tuition in full.
- Cancellations After 14 Days (Up to 30 days before class): If your plans change more than 30 days before the live training, we "uncouple" the bundle. You retain lifetime access to the Online Foundation Course (Retail Value: £395). We refund the remainder of your tuition in full, minus a £25 administrative fee.
- Within 30 Days of the Live Training: 15–29 days before: 50% refund of the live training component (Total fee minus the £395 digital value and £25 admin fee) or 100% credit toward a future live training.
- Within 14 days: Seats are non-refundable but are 100% transferable to a colleague or friend.
2. Digital Intellectual Property Access
Upon payment, you receive immediate access to the Online Foundation Course (Retail Value: £395). You acknowledge that this access constitutes a "Digital Product Delivery." Once the course portal has been accessed via your unique login, the digital portion of the fee (£395) is considered earned and non-refundable. Your online login is for your personal use only; sharing credentials or redistributing course materials is a violation of copyright.
3. Course Prerequisites
Completion of the Online Foundation Course is a mandatory prerequisite for the Live Training. This allows us to focus 75% of our live time on hands-on practice. Failure to complete these modules before the start date of the live session does not entitle the student to a refund.
4. Special Terms for Alumni (Refresher Seats)
Since Alumni already possess lifetime access to the Online Foundation materials, the 'uncoupling' logic does not apply.
- Up to 30 Days Before: Full refund minus a £25 administrative fee.
- Within 30 Days: 100% credit toward a future live training or advanced workshop.
- Within 14 Days: Seats are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible EIM™ Alumnus.
5. Emergencies
Life happens. If you have a documented medical or family emergency, please reach out to us. We will work with you to find a solution, such as rescheduling your live dates or offering a credit.
Summary of Hybrid Fees for Your Records:
- Online Course Value: £395 ($499 USD)
- Administrative Fee: £25
- Total Protected Amount (upon login): £420
6. Limitation of Liability Ecology in Motion™ (Komorebi Institute or Clive Witham) is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by students in the event of a course cancellation. We strongly recommend that all students (especially those flying from abroad) purchase Travel Insurance that covers Workshop/Event Cancellation.
7. Force Majeure In the event that a training must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), your tuition will be automatically converted into a 100% credit for the rescheduled dates or a future training.
8. Professional Conduct We reserve the right to remove any student from a live training session who is deemed to be disruptive or behaving in a manner that compromises the safety or learning environment of other students. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Agreement: By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the EIM™ Hybrid Training Terms & Conditions as outlined above.
